Mass percent of a component in a mixture is the percentage of mass of the component in the mixture.

It is calculated by the formula, mass % = (mass of component in the mixture/ total mass of mixture ) *100%

Mass of ethanol in the mixture = 33. g

Mass of 2-ethyltoluene in the mixture = 93. g

Mass of thiophene in the mixture = 45. g

Total mass of mixture = 33.g +93. g + 45. g = 171. g

Now,

mass % of ethanol= (mass of ethanol / total mass of mixture ) *100%

= (33. g / 171. g) * 100%

=19. %

mass % of 2-ethyltoluene= (mass of 2-ethyltoluene / total mass of mixture ) *100%

=( 93. g / 171. g) * 100%

= 54. %

mass % of thiophene = (mass of thiophene / total mass of mixture ) *100%

=( 45. g / 171. g) * 100%

= 26. %
