here as in the given problem we will find the points which are above 60% and below 40%.

Points above 60% = 4

points below 40% = 5

so points either above 60% or below 40% = 4 + 5 = 9

so total probability that either one will get above 60% = 9/200 = 0.045

so here this probability is less than 0.05 so the answer is extremely likely. The probability is less than 0.05. Option a is correct here.
