b. Cardiac & respiratory monitor ( for knowing the present condition of patient & nurse should first connect cardiac & respiratory monitor or major the signs manually).

c. A continuous pulse oximeter ( Continuous measurement of oxygen saturation is very necessary in this case ).

g. Give a loading dose of Aminophylline 240mg I.v over 30 minutes then maintain an Aminophyllin drip of 0.9mg/ kg/ hr(Aminophyllin can provide relief from severe dyspnoea & shortness of breath ).
