Answer #1

AgNO3 and KOH react to form AgOH which has Ksp = 1.52 x 10^ -8

Ksp = [Ag+] [OH-]

1.52 x 10^ -8 = [Ag+] ( 0.0179)

[Ag+] = 8.49 x 10^ -7 M

Ag+ moles = M x V ( inL) = 8.49 x 10^ -7 mol/L x 0.075L = 6.37 x 10^ -8 mol

Ag+ mass = moles x atomic mass of Ag = 6.37 x 10^ -8 mol x 107.87 g/mol

= 6.87 x 10^ -6 grams
