First five values are vary useful to solve this problem

Here given that compound have only carbon and hydrogen. So the possible compounds are alkane, alkene, alkyne and aromatic ( example benzene).

The peak at ~3100 cm-1 indicates the presence of =C-H ( Alkene C-H).

So the possible compound is alkene or aromatic

Now check C=C absorption.

Here the peak present at 1500 cm-1

Aromatic C=C shows peak at1450-1600 cm-1

Where as alkenes shows peak at1640-1680 cm-1

Hence this compound is Aromatic
