Rotational kinetic energy of an object is given by-

K.E. = IW2/2

I = moment of inertial

W = angular velocity

For solid sphere distribution of mass is symmetrical about its rotation axis in compare than sphere which have hole so moment of inertia is larger for second sphere.

And both have same angular velocity.

So for sphere that have hole will have more rotational kinetic energy.
