For this, one of the ways can be to make use of the large customer data that Walmart has. Retailers like Walmart know about their customers' habits and tastes and they can leverage this to be successful in the long run.

To boost the e-commerce growth, it can also launch its products with partnerships with other companies. Another thing that can help it is strategic investments in profitable companies. For example-Walmart acquired India's online platform Flipkart in 2018. Investments across the country in other developing countries will help in the expansion of the global market and hence, will help in tapping the markets of developing economies.
