A teaching of her religion is that it is wrong to accept blood transfusions because they are understood to be equivalent to eating blood, a practice prohibited by the Bible. She is pregnant, and insists to her obstetrician that if she hemorrhages during her delivery the physician cannot give her any transfusions. The obstetrician objects, because of the small but real risk to her and her baby. Even if she is willing to accept the risks involved, can she make this decision for her baby? Mr.J's is an emergency condition where he needs amputation of right hand below the elbow is urgent to safeguard Mr.J life and the parents are not available. Here the emergency exception of informed consent is that surgery is needed to prevent serious and irreversible harm and to safeguard the life of Mr,j who is a minor and the parents are not available at the moment.

4. Here in the present scenario, Mrs.C is a Jehovah's witness were disagree for blood transfusion in any critical situation. She is pregnant and to prevent the risk to her and her baby during delivery the doctor insists her regarding the need for preserving blood, but she rejects and the physician doesn't want to take the risk thus objects against " C" refusal.

Mrs. C is willing to accept the risks involved during the delivery surely she makes this decision for her baby. Anyway, we have to honor the decision of the Mr.C, because we have to respect their beliefs.

But in fact/at the same time if we are accepting the decision made by Mrs.C there may be a risk/chance of complications occurs to her and baby during the delivery. If not dealing properly during the complicated situation that may even lead to the death of C and her baby due to bleeding if she is willing to accept the risk, because it is not a pre-predictable situation.

.Reassure the family regarding the importance of preserving the blood and its needs. For the physician its " Not Time Critical Situation" where the physician can consult executive and legal (with a view to obtaining approval to perform transfusion) thus to avoid risk to "C and her baby"But itis not acceptable to transfuse against parental wishes
