Probability that it will rain today.
We arrive at the chance of whether it will rain today and if I must
take the take my rain coat along with me to college.
This probability changes depending on different factors.
- The weather condition when I am about to leave for college.
If it is bright and sunny,then the chance of rain are less.
But if is cloudy it more.
On the other hand if rain last evening or the night, then chance of
rain today increases.
Also if the nearby places have reported rain, then the chance of
rain is high.
