How would I make the Excel speadsheet do these things in seperate colums?
1. Use the formula =LOWER(text). This will convert description of "Model" in lowercase. Then do Paste Special for the matter converted into Lower text. Select the entire column, go to Data --> Text to Columns --> Delimited --> Next --> tick on Space --> Next --> Finish. This will ensure each of the matter is mentioned in separate columns.
2. Use the below formula for the above data -
=CONCATENATE("Priced at $",C2,", Car id #",A2," is a ",M2,"-door,",L2,"cc,",LOWER(G2),",",LOWER(J2)," ","corolla")
3. Function to extract last 2 letters of Column E shall be - =RIGHT(E2,2)
4. Use the function =LEN(text) to count letters in a word
5. In order to show formulae, click on the tab Formulas-->Show Formulas
Click on Ctrl + P to Print. In the Settings --> select Landscape orientation. Under Page Setup, select Fit to : 1
