\sigma = 3.3

n=200

Test statistic Z is given by formula

Z = (x_bar- \mu ​​​​​​)/(\sigma/\sqrr\sqrtn)

= (21.2-21)/(3.3/\sqrt200)

Z = 0.86

Hence test statistic Z = 0.86
