2Ethics is the study of conduct and character it is concerned with detrrmining what is good or valuable for individuals and society at large. Code of ethics Important for maintaining the integrity of the profession and it's practice and for shaping social policy.

3According to me it advocate, uphold and defend the individuals right to privacy and the doctrine of confidentiality in the use and disclosure of information.
