According to WHO the threats are
Air pollution and climate change- According to World health Organisation 9/10 people breath polluted air everyday. Those noxious particles of air can cause heart, lung disease . Recently Delhi established pure oxygen counter for breathing in pure oxygen .
Non communicable disease- Non communicable disease like diabetes, cancer , heart diseases cause death of many people around the world। The premature death mainly occurred in low socio economic families . This noncommunicable disease caused due to excessive tobacco use, alcohol use,physical activity, unhealthy diet, air pollution .
Global Influenza Pandemic - Global influenza Pandemic become a threat to human health .
Antimicrobial resistance - Devlopment of antimicrobial resistance bacteria, parasites,virus, fungi become greatest threat to human health . Resistance to tuberculosis resistance drugs cause about 10 million people to fall ill .WHO working with different sectors and trying to implement global antimicrobial resistance action plan ..
Ebola - In 2018 Congo Republic faces 2 different Ebola outbreak . Ebola virus causes death of many people . It become health emergency for WHO . Other disease like Zika, Nipah, middle east respiratory syndrome, several hemorrhagic fever, cornovirus , severe acute respiratory syndrome need health preparedness .. so these are included in global health problem .
Weak primary healthcare system- Primary health care provides ground level health care . People from rural area are mostly dependent on primary health care . Many countries dont have adequate primary health care system . This causes global health problem to some extent . WHO is trying to strengthen primary health care facilities.
Vaccine hesitancy - vaccine help to prevent human being from some life threatening disease . Some countries are reluctant to take vaccine . This hesitancy causes progression of some diseases. According to WHO vaccine hesitancy causes 30% incease of measles virus globally .
Dengue- Dengue is a mosquito borne disease . It is more prevalent in tropical countries mainly in rainy season . Countries like India , Bangladesh are prone of occurrence of this disease ..According to WHO 40% of world is at risk of dengue fever .
HIV - Hiv aiids is a pandemic disease . It is a sexually transmitted disease. The occurrence of this disease is growing fast . This disease supress the immune system . People like sex workers, homosexuals,transgenders are at high risk of HIV . Young girl and women also at risk of Hiv.
