One train of thought is that “enlightened management” may be leaning toward Diversity Management, a concept which may make Affirmative Action superfluous, redundant, or obsolete. What are your thoughts on this?

Answer: The diversity management mainly refers to supporting as well as managing the different cultural lifestyle as well as personal behavior while the enlightened management can be explained as providing good working conditions as well as better customer service. So, the enlightened management could be taken as the affirmative action. Because diversity could bring up better results.
