Health Information is the documents or data regarding all the aspects of a patients includes medical history,signs and symptoms,assessments,diagnosis,all the investigations,and other procedures,clinical information and the treatment received and other information regarding the patient.
To improve the the quality and effectiveness of health information and sharing of the health information with other health care team the new trend is moving the clinical information to electronic mode.The management technology behind the electronic transfer of data is called the Electronic health recording system.The exchange of patient data in safe,effective and maintain quality is called as Health information exchange.Through this mode the patient medical information can easily access and securely among the health care professionals.
Electronic Health Record is the electronic version or digital version of patient medical information or patient paper chart.Through electronic record the the medical information can beeasily access and share among the personells in a cofidential manner.Thus easily accessing the data among the personnels they can give instructions and share data and provide immediate access of tretment in the spot itself.
So in my view this is appropriate why because the patient can easily cure from the disease by getting immediate medical needs and will not have any chance in delay in care.
