Let us think a bit further out into your career and say you have been working at your current job position a year. You have a yearning to apply to another unit in the same facility or you are moving to another state, or you just want to try another nursing career field. How do you give up this current job eloquently, without hard feelings or "burning bridges"? Do you see the importance of writing a resignation letter and tell why you do or do not think it is important?

Answer #1

Resignation letter is very important because it shows our respect towards the organisation which we worked.Ot expresses our gratitude for giving the opportunity to work and it shows our respect towards the people and organisation.

Firstly we know that we have a better opportunity before hand we should give notice to the employer who we are working under , so that they can replace your place with other after your leave.

Our reason should be geniune. When giving notice we should explain that it is personal and the decision to leave the job is not due to anything against the organisation. We should express positives we learned by working with the organisation.
