Melanocytes tan the skin in the sunlight, and Merkel cells give skin its ability to sense touch. When these cells become damaged, they may develop into skin cancer. Research skin cancer and choose one of the varieties and discuss what factors increase a patient’s risk, symptoms and outcomes. Answer: Now adays skin cancer has become most common type of cancer. Due to excessive increase in the pollution, the there is continuous depletion of ozone layer, which causes increase in the ultraviolet rays to the earth. These rays are very harmful for the skin.

When there is excessive exposure of the skin to the sun, there is more chance of causing cancer. This is one of the reasons which causes cancer. Skin cancer occurs when there is disturbance created in the DNA of the skin, where skin starts to grow and forms tumor.

A proper education regarding skin cancer should be provided to people as well as Patient. They should not wear too tohti clothes. They should always use sun blocking creams whenever they step outside their house.
