Image to be conveyed :- Company is growing company as seen by the increasing revenues over the year. The company is profitable also. There is no business risk & financial risk to the company. The company is financially sound.

The financial strength of the company can be assessed by calculating its ratio based on balance sheet and income statement.

Current ratio shows the liquidity position of the company. The company is having current ratio more than ideal current ratio 2:1 in all the years except 2017. The company is not going to face financial crunch.

Debt-equity ratio of the company shows its financial risk which is very low in the present case as the ratio is lower than 0.40 in all the years
