1. Anthroscopy

Anthro = Joint

Scopy = to visualize or to look.

This is a surgical technique where a tube is inserted in to joint to visualize , inspect and diagnose.

It is most commonly performed in chronic conditions such as Rheumatoid arthritis.

2. Break down the Subacromial.

Sub - Under, below

Acromial - Referring Acromion process is called Acromial.

Acromion process / Acromion us the bony process of the scapula which is also known as shoulder blade.

3.Supraspinatus

Supra = Above or Over

Supraspinatus is a small muscle which is present in the upper back and runs from the superior part of the scapula.

4.Location of Anterior Acromial spur

Spurs causes because of joint damage. Break like spurs from the anterior tip of the Acromion is called as Anterior Acromial Spur.

5. Moving the body from anterior to posterior results in the direction of Antero-posterior.

6. Moving from medial to lateral make your body be in sagittal plane.

7. Biceps tendon flexes the forearm.

SubScapularis= This is a large triangular muscle present in subscapular fossa, of the humerus

9. Glenoid Labrum

  This is a fibrocartilagenous ligament, which is attached to the rim of the glenoid cavity, around the shoulder blade that supports the ball and socket joint.
