Chromatography is a laboratory technique which is used for the separation of mixture of compounds. In chromatography dynamic range refers to the performance of the detector. Usually there are two dynamic ranges : (a) linear dynamic range and (b) dynamic range per second. The dynamic range can be explained as range of solute concentration over which the detector continues to respond to changes in solute concentration. It can extend from a minimum detectable concentration to that concentration where the output no longer increases with increase in solute concentration. Hence dynamic range problem can affect the efficiency of chromatography as explained above.

Due to recent spike in numbers of accidents involving workers’ health and safety in the construction industry particularly under company ABC, a union is established in the construction industry, the establishment of the union on construction industry will lead to unemployment.1) Assume that company ABC is an advocate of efficiency wage theory. What does efficiency wage theory suggest and how does it affect the unemployment level?

Explain what a neuron's dynamic range is and why it is important for neural function and coding. Include in your answer the advantages and disadvantages for large and small dynamic ranges How does the neurotransmitter bind to the postsynaptic membrane/receptor and what happens to the postsynaptic neuron? Explain in the most detail that you can Explain how neurons can encode the intensity of a stimulus and how neurons can preferentially respond to changes in the environment
