Result based on confidence interval :

Since the interval contains zero, we fail to reject the null hypothesis and conclude that there exists no difference between mean heights of Males and females.

Result based on test :

Here p value = 1.00 and

Let the level of significance be Alfa = 0.05

Since p value > Alfa , we fail to reject the null hypothesis.

So we can conclude that , there is insufficient evidence that there exists difference between mean of maels height and females height.
