Health is a most important thing in life. A healthy individual is one who is mentally and physically fit. But if they are informed suddenly about an exposure to harmful materials that may impact good health it may first impair them emotionally .If he is not aware of how to take care then simultaneously the physical health will be detoriated. This may lead yo inevitable situations

So it is always best to be careful when declaring a harmful exposure like radiation, gas leakages, chemical exposure etc.,First they has to be assessed for their knowledge level and describe the situation. The important thing being how to manage and treat symptoms and come out of danger with the help of health care professionals has to be explained.
