Ethanol will have higher vapor pressure at a particular temperature than water(H2O).

In a mixture of two liquids forming ideal solution the vapor pressure of that pure liquid sample is higher which have lower boiling point( Rault's Law) between water and ethanol, ethanol having lower boiling point than Water; will have the higher vapor pressure.
