Answer: Uterine artery embolization is a process to treat fibroids. In this process the procedure used as the radiologist insert the catheter which injects small particles in ti the arteries that increases the blood supply to the uterus and hence kill the fibroids.

Salpingolysis is a procedure that is used to correct the adhesion which occurs in fallopian tube. It will help the client to get pregnant as the fallopian tubes carries the eggs and the sperm is tranfer through it to reach the uterus. So, adhesion in fallopian tubes causes barriers for the sperm and egg to meet.

BPH is a kind of benign prostatic hyperplasia. It is a kind of enlargement of prostate gland which is non cancerous.
