C is the false because RED BLOOD CELLS (RBC's) develops from bone marrow since early Fetal life, and they are produced by stem cells, and erythrocyte is the other name of Rbc.

Rbc doesn't include granulocytes because they are the type of WBC also produced from stem cells from two pathways : mylogenous and lymphatic.
