b) Relative frequency =  $\frac{Frequency }{Total.frequency} \times 100$

c) bar chart :

We can draw the bar chart using excel , select all frequency then go to Insert menu ---> Charts --- > Select clustered column chart.

To get categories on x axis, click on bar chart , then right click ---> "Select data " option --->

click on Edit tab under the Horizontal axis Labels ---> For Axis label range select the all categories.
