Due to high expenditure, it causes the high cost to federal and state government for medicare and Medicaid implementation for all elderly and high out of pocket payment challenging elderly population health care needs. It is one of the critical policy issues in the nation. Before it becomes into the national crisis we can involve elderly people in voluntary work by promoting and rewarding for the elderly help to improve wellbeing and contribution to economy and health care cost affordability. It stops the national crisis by providing incentives for elderly people to engage them in work. elderly population workforce engages them in volunteering and artistic activity provide social and economic benefit for them. It avoids fiscal pressure for elderly people.
