Answer: It is important to keep an eye on relationship in the healthcare administration because there are always risk of data misuse, negligence, malpractice etc. Sometimes privacy violation occurs when one staff members of the healthcare organization discuss it with the person who is not involved in it. So, to manage the administration it is important to understand the relationships among staff members, healthcare professionals as well as patients.

Some of the examples that privacy violation or interwine issue occurs such as a nurse taking care of the patient and documenting all the information. But afterwards she started to discuss about the patient to her colleague on cell phone who is not related to this patient. It is kind of privacy violation.
