Over dose of a drug refers to usage beyond the prescribed limit.Over dose of all drug may not cause problems.But there are some drugs which cause life threatening issues like

1) Chest Pain

2) Seizures

3) Sleepy or unconsciousness

4) Variations in Blood pressure,Temperature

5) Vomitting or diarrhea

6) Organ Damage

Consequence of Underdose

1) Long duration treatment may require

2) based on level of dose organ failure can happen

3) vomitting

4) Dizziness
