1) Historical evolution of the advance practice nurse: the evolution of nurse specialist and nurse pracctitioners during the previous several decades has led to the sense of novelity regarding advanced pratices and the nurses have engaged in such a role for nearly 100 years, through out the century advance practice nurse has been permitted to provide care to the underserves poor communities and in rural areas and significant resistances from organized medicine occurrd whenever nursing care competes with physician reimbursement and efforts of national professional organization national certification and the move toward gradute education requirements for advanced practice have been critical in estabilishing the credibility, socirtal forces have influenced the advance practice nurse history. 2)Role and scope of nurses working in the advanced clinic:this enhances the capacity and capabilites within multiprofessional teams by supporting existing and more establishes roles a nd they help to improve clinical continuity and provide more patient focused care and to provides safe accessible and high quality care for patients. b) role and scope of nurse working in the education: nurse educator play a pivotal role in strengthening the nursing workforce and providing the leadership needed to implment evidence based practice and also responsible for the desigining , implementing , evaluating and revising academic and continuing education programs for nurses. c) nurses in adminstration: they serve as a vital role as both leader and a team builder while planning and overssing medical servies and helping to deliver the best possible carre to the patients, many nurse admintrators start their careers as registered nurses and as they understand the day to day tasks and challenges of nurising and then they deliver on an organizations high levles goals by directing and corodinating a team of medical staff.d)nurses as informatics: it includes implementation EHRs, designing and trainning others in the use of EHRs and serrving as consultants , developing policies within their respective institutions and analyzing and managing outcomes. e)nurse as research: the nurses play a vital role in ensuring clinical research studies run smoothly and that participants are safe and fully informed, and nurse play a key role as patient advocate, ensuring patients safety and protection and that patients are well supported throughout the research study etc.f)nurse in health policy arneas: nurses working in the health policy arena have an important role in developing and implementing the framework in which healthcare and public health systems operate. 3)Access and availablity , degree of consumer choice , competition and financing that impact advanced pratice nurses and their ability to effectively collaborate with other health professionals:the ability of the nurses to provide care to the fullest extent and their patiente centered care making their ability to effectively collabrate with other health professionals.(given time is over so not able to complete)
