Since Marwan doesn't have an employment contract, in principle he can be terminated immediately and there is no objections to it.

Also the reason he contends for termination is that he was terminated because of his physical disability but his prosthetic leg has no effect on his success either. It remained completely unnoticeable for everyone during the period he was employed. So his thoughts in this sense are completely un related to the problem and senseless. Studio Five should abide by its decision of termination but at the same time explain him in proper that the sole reason for termination is his misbehavior with women and it has nothing to do with his prosthetic leg and disability.
