Answer #1

Pregnancy outcomes depend on the built of the patient and also on the age of the patient. Unplanned pregnancy in any age group is associated with psychological stress to the mother. Early unplanned pregnancy at 15 years may be associated with the anemia, because at that time menstrual cycle is not regular. And prepregnat level of hemoglobin, is also at the lower side. If a lady becomes pregnant at the age of 35,there is higher risk of genetic diseases like down syndrome in the infants, also there is higher chances of ovarian cancer and endometrium cancer in the lady, due to more exposure of the estrogen in her life. So both extremes of age are not beneficial to the mother and infant.
