In the jurisdiction of Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) requires that the annual report, titled the Employer Payroll Statement, be received by the WCB no later than the last day of February. Reports filed after the last day of February deadline are charged a penalty of 5% of the previous year's actual pre mium, and for each 30-day period that the report remains unfiled, an additional 5% of the previous year's cs actual premium is charged.
