Magnetic field, B = u0 (N/L) I

Flux, phi = BA

Induced current, I = (d(phi)/dt)/R

I = (u0 N1 pi r1^2/RL) (dI/dt)

I = (4 pi x 10^-7 x 100 x pi x 0.01^2/0.11 x 0.1) x 40

I = 1.44 x 10^-4 A
