8.25% amino acids means 8.25 grams of amino acid in 100 mL.

For 75 grams of protein total TPN solution required will be

75 x 100/8.25 = 909.09 ml of TPN solution will be received by the patient each day.

If this solution is to be infused in 20 hours then 909.09/20 = 45.5 ml.

So, infusion rate will be 45.5ml/hr.
