Answer: Nurse should check the vital signs of the patient as sometimes due to excessive stress patient may have increased blood pressure or decreased sugar level. Should give him antidepressants.

The sentence mentioned above describes that the patient is in major depression and he doesn't want to libl anymore. He is mentally saddened with the life or family member as he says that" everyone will be much better off when I am gone".

Nurse should do counseling and console the patient and create positivity in his thoughts.Provide better scope of opportunities of living his life. Making him understand the value of life etc.
