First of all, we should see the patient fluid restriction because in cardiovascular disease and kidney disease patients are fluid restricted. If there is no such thing then increase fluid intake and observe the patient's stool is it very hard to defecate or normal.

Assist patients with physical activity and exercise.

Eliminate the feces manually to promote defecation. Evaluate any tissue growth in the rectum and ask the patient for pain.
