Vaccination survey shows that parents with incomplete immunized children were concerned about the side effects estimated about 70% of children in 2001 have not vaccinated.

Early childhood intervention services (ECIS) support the children from birth to school with any form of disability or developmental delay. ECIS provides special education therapy and counseling like kindergarten and child care, Government Specialist Children's Services teams and non-government Early Childhood Intervention agencies fund these services. ECIS functions with the aim of providing parents and families with the knowledge, skills, and support to meet the needs of their child and to optimize the child's development and ability to participate in family and community life.

In Australia, the survey report reveals that in the year 2012 children age 24 months had approximately 92.6% coverage and 1.5% of children were affected. In the UK measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) autism scare led to a decline in MMR vaccination rates.

In order to increase the vaccination rate in Australia government followed a protocol providing complete documentation and provide education related to risks and benefits of vaccination along with incentive and conducted a major education campaign to increase the uptake as well offering MMR vaccination to all primary school-aged children. As a result, 1.7 million children ranging from age group of 5 -12 years were vaccinated almost 94% of coverage.
