2009 ; 2012 ; 2013

Recessionary gap takes place when the potential GDP is more than the actual or the real GDP . This happens in three years as per the given table i.e in the year 2009,2012,2013 . Hence the gap will be observed in these three years .

In 2010 and 2011 the potential GDP is less than real GDP hence it is inflation and not the recession.
