1) A table total row applies the subtotal function for generating the values. As the Excel subtotal function does not take into consideration values in rows which are filtered-out, can be used it for creating a dynamic data summary where subtotal values are automatically re-computed as per the filter. Moreover it calculates data which is visible and ignores the hidden cells - hidden manually and filtered out. Also nested subtotals are ignored

2) When there is a data-heavy spreadsheet, it is helpful to hide columns and rows to better see the information. There are certain parameters which can b used to determine the profit, commotion, or compute the percentage of profit on the worksheet. As having this kind a of data visible may create problems in a way that a user could internationally or inadvertently change the data and cause worksheet to show the inaccurate information
