Patients are essential stakeholders in the evaluation of an organization. Bench marking is another source of data. Research and present one method of gathering meaningful information to evaluate the operations of a health care organization.

Patients are the key stakeholder for an organization related health. The policies of the healthcare organization mainly depend on the patients. Patient care is the foremost priority of the organization as they evaluate the services of an organization.

Benchmarking is the comparison of one's own organization with the other organization that hails with the same industry. The key factors that determine benchmarks are standards, patient safety, and satisfaction.

Operations of a healthcare organization include patient case management, financial management, medical practice human resources and coordination of care within and without a practice.

Data collection of these operations can be done by various methods such as surveys and observations. However, the use of big data can be very helpful in gathering information and meaningful data in healthcare. It cuts off the cost and also very helpful in managing the data. This data collection also enable the predictive analysis and also keeps the readmession rates down.
