Bens height is 24.25 inches, his height/age: <2.5 percent 12 1b.; his weight/height declined from 25th percentile to 10th percentile. Ben vomits after each feeding Ben refuses to eat, drinks f stool. Review of l: 2 ml x 1, vitamin 20 (ref 29-383 ug/L), le, his weight is as no sign of appetite. His estimated energy needs are 85-95 kcal/kg/day: 460-520 kcal/day (RDI)
