CAD(Coronary Artery Disease)- Coronary arteries are the major blood vessels of the heart, any damage or disease to these vessels called CAD.

Angina - Angina is a chest pain caused by the insufficient blood supply to heart muscles.

HTN(Hypertension)- it is defined as abnormally high blood pressure when systolic BP is more than 140 mmHg and diastolic BP is more than 90 mmHg it called HTN.

HF(Heart Failure)- Heart failure is a condition in which heart muscles are weak, and it does not pump sufficient blood.

CVA(Cerebrovascular Accident)- it is known as stroke, damage of brain tissue due to interrupt in blood supply.

Thrombosis- it is defined as a blood clot inside any blood vessels and obstructing normal blood flow.

Basilar Artery - is an artery of the brain, who supply blood to posterior part of the cerebrum.

PVD(Peripheral Vascular Disease)- It is defined as due to any damage of blocked blood vessels, there is insufficient blood supply to the leg.

Bilateral - it is defined as 2 sides or both sides are affected.

Syncope- It is defined as fainting, sudden loss of consciousness due to lack of blood supply to the brain.

T2 DM(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus)- It is a metabolic disorder characterized by high blood sugar due to insulin resistance and relatively lack of insulin in the body.

Hemiplegia(hemiparesis)- complete paralysis of half of the body.
