p = dipole moment; E = Electric Field; θ = angle between p and E

a)θ = 0; Torque = 0 as sinθ = 0, answer = 0

b)θ = 90; torque = p*E = 0.5*10^-28 * 6.0*10^4 = 4.8*10-24 Nm

c)θ = 27.0; torque = p*E*sin(27.0) = 4.8*10^-24*.454 = 2.18*10-24 Nm

d)Potential Energy = -E*p*cosθ

for θ = 0; potential energy = -p*E = -0.5*10^-28* 6.0*10^4 = -4.8*10-24 J

for θ = 27.0; potential energy = -p*E cos(27) = -4.8*10^-24*.891 = -4.27*10-24 J
