1)The main concern about this child is that as the child is having respiratory distress ,it is a must that someone should stay with the toddler always because the child cannot express its problem,administration of medication will be difficult ehrn a child is conscious or awake,there are chances of fall if there is no one around.

2)Concerned: The on duty nurse is concerned about the care to be offered the child .The nurse can be asked for how the child reacts to treatment

Uncomfortable : Is the child comfortable with the healthcare professionals or does it starts screaming on seeing us

Safety:Is it necessary to restrain the child to prevent accidental dislodging of the invasive lines during medication administration
