Examining room should be well lit. If that will not be, the examiner will not be able to visualise the examining part and lead to wrong diagnosis and further wrong treatment . It eill increase the risk of developing complications.

waste containers should be empty as overloading of waste inthem will create spillage around containers and may harm staff and patients

biohazard containers should be replaced otherwise may lead to piling of waste and will lead to spread of infection.

temperature should be normal as low and high temperature will cause discomfort to both patient and examiner. Cold temperature will no facilitate in relaxing patient so examiner may not be able to examine properly.

examining table paper should be changed so as to give clean surface  for examination. Otherwise there may be increased risk of cross infection among patients.
