Answer #1

Answer

Option D

The higher investment increases the sales as the investment is for production, advertisement and all which all push sell.

Investment and interest rates are inversely related as the rate of return on the investment has an opportunity cost of interest rates if the interest rate increases the opportunity cost increases and vice verse so the investment changes in the negative direction of the interest rates.
