1. If there does has excess capacity then the minimum acceptable price for the transfer of small motor LN233 to the Household Division

= Variable cost + opportunity cost

= $10.50 + $0

=$10.50

2. If there does not has excess capacity then the minimum acceptable price for the transfer of small motor LN233 to the Household Division

= Variable cost + opportunity cost i,e. (Selling price - Variable cost)

= $10.50 + ($35.90 - $10.50)

= $35.90
