2. Skin consider as a first line of protective mechanism, it protect us from entry if micro organism from environment in to our body. So we need skin assessment.

3. Skin act as primary indicator of many diseases, example cyanosis, pale skin in anemia, Erythema indicates infection etc

5. Skin assessment also rule out sign of infection. Example hyoerthermia, oozing, warm, redness etc.
