2) Cash Payments for expenses for year end 30 june 2019 in the accounts of Rex Ltd is as follows :

Cash payments = Expenses incurred + Depreciation + Ending prepaid expenses-Begining prepaid expenses+Begining accrued expenses-Ending accrued expenses

=375000+75000+100000-85000+25000-20000

=470000

So cash payments for expenses is 470000
